New Realm of Cantonese Cuisine - When Classic Cantonese Cuisine Meets Wine

Yue Hai Tang is the first restaurant opened by Executive Chef Zhu Jun He after he left the famed Cantonese restaurant Ji Pin Xuan. He added innovative ideas on the basis of retaining the essence of traditional Cantonese cuisine, as well as collaborated with the British wine purveyor Wineapp to select more than 400 wines from all over the world to create a complementary balance of food and wine.

In place of the traditional Chinese restaurant layout, Yue Hai Tang has seven PDR, themed to create private and elegant dining environments for guests. The design is aimed to be quiet luxury with each PDR having different themes, such as 海棠、落见、风信, reflecting the beauty of the oriental artistic conception with the beauty of words.
