The organization of the space is tightly carved into five (5) different zones: upon arrival, a banquette seating under a canopy with opened windows connecting the sights and sounds of interior space welcomes the guests; once enter, a solarium-like space similar to typical street side glass enclosure provides an energetic and refreshing casual dining experience which is a direct contrast to the main dining room across from the central bar. A seen-not-to-be-seen open kitchen provides an interesting backdrop hidden behind a storage cabinetry.

Our biggest challenge was working around an existing large column that stands in the middle of the space. Our solution is not to hide it but to make it a function in which we proposed to have the central bar surrounding it. The resulting effort helped us to organize between various front-of-house spaces as well as their relative back-of-house service routes.
