The entire space is an exercise in looking both forward and back, in combining the formal and the informal - from the specific refined menu to the mix of design references inside.

The Anchor, a restaurant that specializes in international seafood affairs, is a light-filled restaurant that is grand and rambling with a soaring open kitchen showcasing the ongoing culinary drama. A palette of chic light teal colors along with a casual yet rich palette of black and white in various densities and textures. It's urbane and earthy, chic and comfortable. The Anchor is open from lunch until late at night, serving a range of food from the casual to the luxurious.

Homage to old New York and in line with the ravishing atmosphere echoing the Gatsby era, Clover Club, as an alter ego to her hipster brother, it's a seductive and swanky musically filled space. Inside, one can find blackened caramel leather banquettes, custom-designed fluted stage backdrop and cylindrical lights, accents of brass and blackened steel, old-world tin ceilings hanging over the bar, and velvety chairs to complete the curated and informed stylization.
